Four Brands, Three Honest Routes
Replacement buying splits by what the data supports, and we would rather tell you which route you are on than pretend one size fits all. Route one — measured charts: Hampton Bay, Martha Stewart and IKEA series have documented OEM dimensions, so you identify the series, cross-check two numbers, and order to factory spec. That is what the three indexes below are for. Route two — identification: Ashley (and the 44 Hampton Bay lines still awaiting data) have no trustworthy published dimensions, so the route is the label under the frame and an email — we quote against your measured numbers instead of a chart we do not trust. Route three — pure custom: no-name imports, vintage frames, recovered sets; the customizer takes any measurements on any of 11 shapes.
What all three routes share is the same factory floor and the same written tolerance: cut to within ½ inch of your confirmed dimensions, or the piece is remade free. The chart is a convenience, not a substitute for your tape measure — which is why every series page also shows you how to verify the numbers yourself.

The IKEA library is built from official product dimensions, reliability-graded by source: live product pages first, then archived official values, then surviving spec tables. The 12 series and every measured value are indexed on the IKEA series hub — from the POANG chair whose cushion sells separately, from the POANG chair whose cushion sells separately, to the KIVIK sofa line, to the NAMMARO outdoor benches. Two honest notes: IKEA publishes seat height rather than cushion thickness on most lines (we choose foam thickness to restore the published height), and retired series without reliable sources stay off the charts and on the custom route.
Which Brand Is Your Frame? A Two-Minute Identification
Not sure what you own? Work through it in order. (1) The label: patio sets carry a white label under the seat frame or inside an arm — Hampton Bay and Martha Stewart model numbers start with supplier codes (GLD, THD) or read like HD-xxx-xxx; IKEA pieces carry the series name stamped into the frame or on the underside. (2) The receipt trail: Home Depot order history lists the collection name; IKEA accounts keep purchase records by article number. (3) The geometry: metric-derived decimals (24.41, 18.25) usually mean a metric-designed import; whole-inch squares usually mean a US patio line. (4) The fallback: none of the above — measure the old cushion flat or the seat deck beneath it, and the numbers go straight into the customizer. Why Replacement Beats “Universal” Fit
A “universal” patio cushion is cut for none of these series exactly — seat depths in this index alone run from 12 to 27 inches, and several series taper (narrower at the back than the front) in ways a stock pad will never follow. A replacement cut to OEM dimensions drops in with no overhang, no gaps, and no sliding. And when a series has been discontinued by the retailer — as most of these have — a measured replacement is the only replacement there is.

Do you have measurements for brands other than Hampton Bay, Martha Stewart and IKEA?
Those three are the measured libraries — 43 series with documented OEM dimensions. Ashley Furniture has an identification hub instead of a chart, because Ashley publishes no public dimensions and we will not guess. Every other brand, import and vintage frame is served by custom cutting to your measurements.
Why does my "24 inch" cushion measure 24.41 inches?
Because factories cut pads to their own frames, not to retail bins — and metric-designed imports land on decimal conversions. That is the whole case for measured replacement: the chart holds the factory’s true number, and your replacement gets cut to it rather than to the rounded label.
Can I order one piece from a series chart, or only full sets?
Any piece, any count — no minimums. One ottoman or the whole sectional; each piece is cut individually to the chart’s numbers (or yours, if your set has drifted), and multi-piece orders ship from one fabric run so the dye lots agree.
