The OMAHA line at a glance
Omaha is Ashley’s modular sectional in Next-Gen Nuvella performance fabric — sold as a 3-piece with LAF corner chaise and expanding from there (an 8-piece double-chaise build exists). The 3-piece runs 118 inches wide by 69 deep by 39 tall; each corner module is a 44 × 44 inch footprint. Modular means every module’s cushion is its own piece — which is exactly why replacement works so well here.
The published seat geometry: 27 inches of seat depth, 21 of seat height, 26-inch arms on a 1.5-inch leg. Nuvella is a stain-resistant performance weave; the foam underneath is the part that ages. A 45–60D rebuild restores the sit without touching the frame.

Modular frames: replace per module, not per sofa
The advantage of a modular sectional is that no two modules have to share a cushion spec — the corner chaise, the armless chairs and the sofa ends each carry their own block. When one position wears first (usually the seat nearest the TV), you can rebuild that module alone and the run still lines up.
The depth is the spec to respect: at 27 inches, OMAHA is a deep-seat build, not a standard one. A generic 24-inch cushion leaves a 3-inch gap at the back; the rebuild needs the full 27 cut to sit flush against the back cushions.
