The Charlottetown line at a glance
Charlottetown is a dining-and-lounge hybrid line from Martha Stewart: dining chairs, a rocker, a patio recliner with its own footrest cushion, and a lounge chair and loveseat. It’s also a series where most pieces were designed seat-only — the wicker frame back does the work, and only the seat pad is cushioned. That trips up owners ordering replacements, because “standard” dining sets with separate back cushions don’t match.
We copy the original configuration exactly: seat-only pads where the factory made seat-only, the two-piece recliner set where it didn’t — all in cotton linen, tech fabric, or premium velvet, cut and sewn by the workshop that ships them.
Each field takes decimals to 0.25 in., and the price estimate moves with every keystroke. What we build every week: individual seats and backs, whole matched sets, split seat blocks, notched corners where trim interferes, and thickness from 2 through 8 inches — all priced by the same per-square-foot formula, with no shape premium.
Series mismatch, or a piece with no chart entry? Start from any shape → — we cut to what you measure.
Seat-only by design: ordering for an open wicker back
Pricing — estimated starting at
| Piece (complete set) | 35D foam | 50D foam | 65D foam |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dining Chair (seat) | $111 | $113 | $117 |
| Rocker Chair (seat) | $121 | $124 | $129 |
| Recliner Ottoman (footrest) | $123 | $125 | $128 |
| Ottoman | $135 | $139 | $145 |
| Lounge Chair (seat) | $163 | $167 | $175 |
| Patio Recliner (seat + back) | $297 | $304 | $321 |
| Loveseat (2 seats) | $326 | $334 | $350 |
Pricing is an estimate — per complete piece, all cushions included, built to order. The final quote is confirmed before any cutting happens. Every cover closes with a zipper and removes for washing.
For comparison: U.S. custom-configurator specialists’ 2026 listings for made-to-order cushions in common sizes (16×16 through 24×24) run roughly $71–$119 before shipping — and most only reveal that price after a quote request. The pricing math is right on the page — every dollar of the estimate traces back to a dimension you can measure.

Measure before you order

Measure first: three minutes with our measuring guide — especially on the rocker: the 19.75" width is a quarter inch off the generic 20", and that quarter inch is why standard rocker pads pucker.
Closest Martha Stewart neighbors in the measured database: Cedar Island (the Cedar Island six-piece set) and Lake Adele (the Lake Adele seven-piece line) — each with its own dimension chart.
The full Martha Stewart series index charts all seven measured collections, this one included.
Fabric options
Same exact-fit dimensions, every fabric one price. Three fabric families cover most projects — all fabrics, one price: breathable cotton linen for covered spots, tech fabric for weather, premium velvet for indoor polish.

Is your set really Charlottetown?
Check three things: (1) the white label under the seat frame or inside the arm — model numbers usually start with a supplier code like GLD or THD; (2) your Home Depot order history or the original manual; (3) a tape measure — the 18.25" square dining seat and the quarter-inch-off 19.75" rocker are the fastest tells. Our full measuring guide walks you through it.

Frequently asked questions
No — the original design is a seat cushion only (18.25" square, 3.75" thick) on a wicker frame back. If your chairs have backs, they’re aftermarket; measure them and we’ll cut to match.
Probably not. The seat is 19.75" wide × 19.5" deep — a quarter inch off the standard 20" — and generic pads pucker at the corners. We cut to the exact original.
The regular ottoman is a 4"-thick pad (23.5" × 19.5"); the recliner ottoman is the pop-out footrest cushion — a slim 2"-thick piece in the same footprint. They are not interchangeable.
Prices span 111 to 117 for the dining chair (complete, all cushions) — every fabric, one price across 35D to 65D foam densities. Nothing is cut before the final quote is confirmed.
Made after ordering, never before — a 4-7 business-day make-and-ship window: production takes 4–7 business days standard, while rush service delivers in 3–5 on most fabrics.
A photo works. Upload your set (old cushions in frame if possible) alongside the quote request, and your numbers get checked against the Charlottetown chart above before the first cut.
