The mill behind your cushions
Cushion Mill is not a brand that buys cushions and resells them. We are the mill — a workshop with ten years of cutting foam and sewing covers in one of the world’s largest furniture manufacturing belts. For a decade we’ve made cushions for furniture brands and patio-set makers; a few years ago we started shipping the same craft direct to homeowners.

Every cushion is cut to a ±½″ tolerance (±¾″ on runs over 36″). Every dimension you send is re-checked before a single yard of fabric is cut.
3-6 weeks delivery: 4–7 business days to make, plus shipping. Rush production runs 3–5 business days if you’re on a deadline.
If we cut it wrong — outside tolerance, wrong fabric, wrong build — it’s remade free. Every dimension is confirmed with you before cutting, so errors are rare.
