The Beverly line at a glance
Beverly is Hampton Bay’s modular deep-seating line from Home Depot — built from sectional modules you configure into whatever shape your patio needs, plus a lounge chair and ottoman. It’s also one of the plushest profiles in the range: 5.5-inch cushions on the sectional modules and a full 6 inches on the lounge chair. Sectionals are the hardest replacements to source, because every module’s cushion must match or the run no longer lines up.
We cut every Beverly piece to the original dimensions below — module by module — in cotton linen, tech fabric, or premium velvet, built by the workshop that ships them. Count your modules, match the rows, order per piece.
Check three things: (1) the white label under the seat frame or inside the arm — Hampton Bay model numbers usually start with a supplier code like GLD or THD; (2) your Home Depot order history or the original manual; (3) a tape measure — a 22.5" × 25.75" module with a 5.5" cushion is the Beverly signature. Our full measuring guide walks you through it.
When the same width hides a different thickness
Beverly hides its trap in plain sight. The sectional module seat and the freestanding lounge chair seat are the same width and depth — 22.5 x 25.75 inches — and their back cushions match at 21.5 x 15. What separates them is half an inch of loft: modules run 5.5 inches, the lounge chair a full 6. Stacked in a pile for cleaning, the two are visually identical; only a tape measure (or a side-by-side squeeze) tells them apart.
The failure mode is predictable: a module pad gets damaged, a well-meaning order goes in for ‘a Beverly seat cushion,’ and the wrong loft arrives for the wrong deck. Half an inch sounds trivial until three modules sit at 5.5 and one sits at 6 — the ridge shows down the whole run. The fix is one habit: before ordering any single pad, measure thickness first, width second, and mark which piece it came from.
The ottoman offers the quick sanity check — at 22.25 x 19 inches it is the one Beverly piece with its own footprint, easy to single out. And across the whole line the backs hold a uniform 15-inch height, so however you configure the modules, the back line runs level and low: an open, lounging silhouette that suits wide decks where you do not want the seating to block the view your furniture was placed to enjoy.
The modular logic pays off at replacement time, too. Because every end and middle module takes the same 22.5-inch pad pair, a rearranged Beverly — extended, shortened, wrapped around a corner — never strands a cushion: pads move wherever their module goes, and a set that grows by one module needs exactly one more pad pair, cut to the same specification as the rest of the run.

Measure before you order
Measure first: three minutes with our measuring guide — on a sectional, measure every module, not just one: manufacturers varied module widths across production runs, and one mismatched pad breaks the whole line.
Closest Hampton Bay neighbors in the measured database: Beachside (the Beachside loveseat section) and Cambridge (the Cambridge five-piece line) — each with its own dimension chart. For every other frame, see the full Hampton Bay replacement cushions index.
Fabric options & estimated pricing
Same exact-fit dimensions, every fabric one price. Cotton linen is the durable everyday pick; tech fabric is water-resistant and wipes clean; premium velvet delivers the high-end look and stands up to cat claws.
Weighing fabrics? The fabric menu inside the order flow— the cut is identical, every fabric one price.

Frequently asked questions
The published spec covers end and middle modules at 22.5" × 25.75". Corner and arm modules are made to your measurements — send the outline of each module and we’ll map the pieces with you.
Beverly runs an extra-plush 6" seat and back on the lounge chair (5.5" on sectional modules) — one of the thickest profiles in the Hampton Bay range. Substituting thinner pads changes the seat height and look.
Yes. Order per module; we dye-match every fabric across batches as closely as the mill allows. Best practice on adjacent modules: order them together in one lot.
Prices span 133 to 144 for the ottoman (complete, all cushions) — every fabric, one price across 35D to 65D foam densities. Nothing is cut before the final quote is confirmed.
Every set is cut and sewn after you order — a 4-7 business-day make-and-ship window, crafted in 4–7 business days then flat-rate shipped to your door. Rush service — 3–5 business days — covers most of the fabric list.
A photo works. Upload your set (old cushions in frame if possible) alongside the quote request, and your numbers get checked against the Beverly chart above before the first cut.
What you get ordering from us
- Factory-direct. Orders land at the outdoor cushion factory itself — the cutting, filling, and sewing on your Beverly set is all done here. Nothing is brokered or dropshipped.
- Foam density 35–65D. Every seat is filled firm — high-resilience cores that hold the edge, softer than the flattened pads they replace and cut for outdoor seasons.
- Order-made, no minimums. Any piece, any fabric — a single cushion or a whole set.
- ± ½ inch, guaranteed in writing. We verify your figures against the chart before the cut — pieces outside tolerance get remade at no cost.
Beverly replacement cushions from $133 — four steps to a quote.
