The short version: every cushion is a a 4-7 business-day make-and-ship window — made to order in 4-7 business days, then shipped direct from our workshop — cut to within ½ inch of your confirmed dimensions, ships at a flat rate with tracking, and custom-cut pieces cannot be returned — but anything outside our written tolerances is remade free.

Nothing here sits in a warehouse — your order starts the cutting queue when it’s placed. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping

Flat-rate shipping per order, tracked door to door. One flat rate covers the whole order no matter how many pieces — a 6-piece patio set ships for the same rate as a single ottoman cushion. Shipping is $29 flat per order across our delivered regions — and free on every order over $158. Your exact rate is always shown at checkout before you pay. Typical transit after handoff:

One expectation to set: if your pieces arrive firm-packed, give the foam 24–48 hours to settle back to full shape before judging the fit — fresh high-density foam also feels firmer than the cushion it replaced for the first week or two, then softens slightly and holds for years. Tolerances are measured against your confirmed dimensions once the piece is at rest.

Size Tolerances — In Writing

Custom cushions are hand-cut and hand-sewn, and honest sellers publish tolerances instead of promising perfection. Ours are part of the deal, not a favor:

Tolerances are measured against the dimensions we confirm with you before cutting — which is why every order comes back to you for sign-off first. Tufting, welting and hand-sewn details can shift a seam slightly within these tolerances; that is the nature of custom sewing, and it is why we publish the numbers instead of hiding them.

Warranty — Four Tiers, Each Owned Where It Belongs

Foam core — compression set / collapse	2 years	Our workshop, by density tier: 50D+ cores are cut to hold shape 8+ years, so a core that flattens in two is a defect, not wear.
Fabric & fading	sewing covered under workmanship; fading is not covered	Fading is a natural reaction to UV over time, so no fabric warranty is offered. Our outdoor families (olefin, solution-dyed canvas) are UV-stable by construction — we advise the right tier for your sun exposure before you order.
Our cutting error	any time — remake or refund	Outside tolerance (± ½ in.) means we remake it free, whenever it happened. Not a warranty — a standard.

Every fabric ships by the same flat-rate schedule — the fabric choice never changes the freight.

Returns & Cancellations

Situation	What happens
Cancel within 24 hours of ordering	Full refund, free — nothing has been cut yet.
Cancel after 24 hours	Refund minus costs already incurred (foam cut, fabric cut). Ask early — we'll tell you honestly where your order stands.
Custom cushions, no defect	Not returnable. A cushion cut to your measurements fits exactly one piece of furniture: yours. It cannot be restocked or resold.
Our error (wrong size, fabric, or finish)	Free remake at our cost, or a full refund — your choice. Report it within 14 days of delivery with photos.
Shipping damage	Free remake or refund. Photograph the box and contents, contact us within 14 days.

Why no returns on custom? Because we’d rather verify twice than restock once. Every order gets a human dimension check, and if your numbers look off against our measured database of 43 series, we call before cutting. When the tape measure agrees, the cushion fits.
