The Spring Haven line at a glance
Spring Haven is one of Hampton Bay’s best-selling deep-seating lines, sold through Home Depot as a swivel lounge chair, loveseat, sofa, and chaise lounge. Like most Hampton Bay collections, it was made in limited production runs — and when the original cushions fade, mildew, or flatten after a few seasons, Home Depot no longer stocks replacements. That leaves most owners with two bad options: a whole new patio set, or generic cushions that never quite fit.
We cut a third path. Every Spring Haven cushion we make is built to the original factory dimensions listed below — same seat width, same 7-inch back thickness, same tailored fit — in your choice of cotton linen, tech fabric, or premium velvet. Made by the factory, not a middleman.
Check three things: (1) the white label under the seat frame or inside the arm — Hampton Bay model numbers usually start with a supplier code like GLD or THD; (2) your Home Depot order history or the assembly manual; (3) a tape measure — a 23.5"-wide seat with a 7"-thick back is the Spring Haven signature. Our full measuring guide walks you through it.
The seven-inch back and the swivel-seat reality
Spring Haven’s signature is the 7-inch back — the thickest back cushion in our 31-collection library. That loft is what gives the line its wrapped, upholstered look: the back domes over the frame rail instead of sitting inside it. Note the geometry that makes it work: every back pad is cut 24.5 inches wide against a 23.5-inch seat. That one extra inch becomes a soft overhang at the arm, and it is the detail that reads as tailored from across the patio. The chaise, the least-discussed piece of the four, carries the line’s most generous dimension — a 50-inch seat, deeper than the 46-to-48.5-inch run typical of the brand’s other chaises — under a 26-inch back.
The swivel lounge chair is the line’s other defining piece, and a swivel changes what a cushion must do. Every rotation drags the pad across the frame’s swivel plate a few degrees at a time, so pads that rely on gravity alone walk and wrinkle. A replacement cut to the exact 23.5 × 27 footprint should keep the original tie positions; if you are re-covering original frames, check the tie loops on the frame before ordering — a quarter hour with a needle and marine thread saves a season of straightening pads by hand.
Spring Haven sets run big — sofa, loveseat, swivel, chaise is the full house — and that makes the fabric pick the first big decision. A five- or six-piece run in one fabric is a large color commitment to make from a photograph. Deep green and Navy Blue are the two olefins most ordered for full Spring Haven sets, because deep tones hide the seat-crease shading that light fabrics show on a 7-inch back. The zoomed weave views in the configurator answer most of what flat screen colors leave open. Fifty inches of deck concentrates wear in the middle third, so flip that pad front-to-back at midseason; ordered with the sofa and swivel in one box run, the chaise rounds out the normal five-cushion Spring Haven order.

Measure before you order
Three minutes with a tape measure before ordering saves a remake — our measuring guide — especially on the chaise: measure the seat deck from the back hinge to the footrest edge, not the outside of the frame, and confirm you get 50 inches.
Closest Hampton Bay neighbors in the measured database: Pacific Grove (the Pacific Grove set) and Pembrey (the Pembrey four-piece line) — each with its own dimension chart. Every measured set is on our Hampton Bay series list.
Fabric options & estimated pricing
Same exact-fit dimensions, every fabric one price. Cotton linen is the durable everyday pick; tech fabric is water-resistant and wipes clean; premium velvet delivers the high-end look and stands up to cat claws.
Narrowing the fabric list? The fabric menu inside the order flow — the dimensions stay put, fabric aside.

Frequently asked questions
One 23.5" × 50" seat cushion and one 23.5" × 26" back. That 50-inch seat length is longer than most Hampton Bay chaises — if yours measures 46 inches, you likely own a different series (send us a photo and we’ll identify it).
Yes. Spring Haven backs run 7" thick, while most Hampton Bay series use 5". Substituting a standard-thickness back leaves the cover loose and the silhouette saggy, so we always cut to the original 7".
The per-seat modules are the same (23.5" × 27" seats); a loveseat uses two of each, a sofa three. Count your seats, and we’ll make the exact number of pieces.
Prices span 286 to 306 for the lounge chair (complete, all cushions) — every fabric, one price across 35D to 65D foam densities. Nothing is cut before the final quote is confirmed.
Each order is cut and sewn after you order — you’ll get a confirmation with every dimension before we sew. Rush production is available if you need them faster.
Your choice of three families: cotton linen (a durable everyday weave), tech fabric (water-resistant and easy to clean), or premium velvet (a high-end feel that stands up to cat claws) — all cut to the exact Spring Haven dimensions.
