Every size above is a starting point, not a limit: type your own numbers — decimals included — and the estimate updates as you go. Same $39 make-base + fabric-rate formula whichever way you order. Made in 7–14 business days · rush available · every dimension confirmed with you before we cut.
Square runs from 15 to 28 inches cover most dining and patio frames; the rectangles catch benches and deep seats. Store size runs stop at the even numbers — the odd sizes (17, 21, 23, 27) and everything in between are exactly what we cut every day.
Frequently asked questions
The squares people ask for most run 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 inches; the common rectangles are 17 × 18, 18 × 20, 22 × 24, 22 × 26, 23 × 26 and 24 × 26. Each one has its own page in the chart above — and every one of them is just a starting point for a custom cut.
Lay the old pad flat on a table: width edge to edge, depth front to back, thickness seam to seam — never squeezed. No old cushion? Measure the frame deck (width × depth) and we confirm every number with you before anything is cut.
Neither. Type your exact numbers in the customizer — decimals accepted — and we cut to them. The standard sizes exist so you can sanity-check your numbers, not so you have to round.
No. Every size runs the same formula: a $39 make-base plus fabric by the square foot. An odd-size cushion costs the same as its even neighbor — the stores that skip odd sizes do it for shelf reasons, not sewing ones.
±½″ in writing (±¾″ over 36″). A finished piece outside tolerance, in the wrong fabric, or wrong build is remade free.
Yes. Centimeters, millimeters, fractions or decimals — type them in as you measured them and we convert and confirm the numbers with you before cutting.
