The frames are tapered: the lounge seat is 25" at the front edge and 22" at the back; dining 21"/19"; loveseat 49"/46". We cut both widths to your measurements — that’s the only way a tapered pad lies flat.
Is the chaise cushion really one piece?
Yes — a single 23.5" × 75" × 5" pad, the longest in the Hampton Bay range, with a 45" seat depth. Measure hinge to footrest edge before ordering; 75" is bench-scale.
Will rectangle replacements work if I size up?
No — an oversized rectangle bunches at the back where the frame narrows. Trapezoids need both edges cut to spec, which is exactly what we do.
