The Kampar line at a glance
Kampar — often listed as Kampar Belle Isle at Home Depot — is one of the roomiest Hampton Bay conversation lines: a lounge chair, a loveseat and sofa built on 22.5"-wide seats, plus a dining chair and ottoman on slimmer 3-inch pads. Its showpiece is the chaise: at 31 inches wide and 50 inches long, it is the widest chaise seat in the Hampton Bay range, and nothing off the shelf comes close to it.
We cut every Kampar piece to the original factory dimensions below — including the one-piece 45" loveseat pads this line uses instead of split seats — in cotton linen, tech fabric, or premium velvet, factory-made and factory-shipped.
Check three things: (1) the white label under the seat frame or inside the arm — Hampton Bay model numbers usually start with a supplier code like GLD or THD; (2) your Home Depot order history or the original manual; (3) a tape measure — the 31"-wide chaise is the widest in the Hampton Bay range — if yours measures 31" across the seat, it’s a Kampar. Our full measuring guide walks you through it.
Two seating heights, one collection
Kampar quietly runs two different cushion philosophies side by side. The deep-seating pieces — lounge chair, loveseat, sofa, chaise — carry plush 5-inch pads built for sinking into. The dining chairs and the ottoman sit on slim 3-inch foam, and that is function, not stinginess: a dining chair needs to hold you at table height with an upright posture, and five inches of loft would put the average sitter awkwardly above the table edge. One collection, two correct heights — check which side of the line your worn pad came from before ordering.
The two camps also age on different clocks. Dining chairs log many short sessions — breakfast, coffee, homework — while the lounge pieces absorb fewer but longer ones, so a five-year-old set can have a dining line that is flattened and a chaise that still has spring. Replacing them as separate campaigns makes sense; ordering both campaigns in one order, if the budget allows, guarantees every pad in the yard shares a dye lot.
Two Kampar-specific planning notes: the 31-inch chaise is the widest seat in the Hampton Bay range, so its footprint deserves a measured spot on the deck plan before anything is ordered; and this chart follows the Kampar Belle Isle grouping — if your set came from a different Kampar run, the numbers to trust are the ones from your own tape measure, sent with your order.
Scale matters on the chaise as well: at 31 by 50 inches, its deck is more fabric than any two other pads in the line combined, so a bold stripe or pattern shows at full scale there and nowhere else. Owners who want a statement usually give it to the chaise and hold the rest of the set to solids — the wide pad carries the design, and the smaller pieces stay quiet around it.

Chart skips your piece? A photo and your measurements go a long way — every Hampton Bay frame can get custom cushions. Not sure it’s Kampar? the measuring guide shows you how to check these numbers against your set.
Measure before you order
Start with three minutes and our measuring guide — especially on the chaise: at 31" wide, measure across the seat deck at the widest point, and confirm the 50" length from the back hinge to the footrest edge.
Closest Hampton Bay neighbors in the measured database: Cambridge (the Cambridge line) and Oak Cliff (the Oak Cliff five-piece set) — each with its own dimension chart. For every other frame, see the full Hampton Bay replacement cushions index.
Fabric options
Same custom-fit dimensions, every fabric one price. Three fabric families cover most projects — all fabrics, one price: breathable cotton linen for covered spots, tech fabric for weather, premium velvet for indoor polish.

Frequently asked questions
Its width: 31 inches, against 22"–26" on most lines. Length is a full 50" with a 31" × 28" back. If your chaise seat measures 31" across, generic chaise pads will be nowhere near wide enough.
One — a single 45"-wide seat pad with a single 45"-wide back. Don’t order two 22.5" seats for it; the frame takes the full-width pieces.
Yes. Kampar dining chairs use a slim one-piece 22" × 22" × 3" pad — seat and back in a single wrapped unit, not separate cushions.

Nothing is cut until you order. Plan on a 4-7 business-day make-and-ship window — production spans 4–7 business days, and a 3–5 business-day rush covers most fabrics.
Absolutely. Attach your set photo (old cushions included when possible) to the quote request; the figures you send are compared with the Kampar chart before any cutting.
The case for ordering direct
- Factory-direct. We run the outdoor cushion factory, so every Kampar order is cut, filled, and sewn by our own bench — no resellers, no dropship.
- Foam from 35D to 65D. Firm high-resilience cores hold their front edge — plusher than flattened originals and made to last seasons.
- Every order is made fresh — any piece, any fabric, one cushion or the entire set, no floor on quantity.
- The ± ½-inch cut, in writing. Numbers are checked against this chart ahead of cutting — and a piece beyond tolerance is remade free.
