Track Your Order
Every CushionMill order is cut and sewn to your measurements in our workshop, then shipped straight to your door. Enter your tracking number below to see exactly where your parcel is right now — one number follows your order through production, the ocean crossing, and final delivery.

How Your Order Travels
Custom Production
4–7 business daysYour cushions are cut, sewn and finished to your exact measurements in our workshop.
Ocean Freight
3–5 weeksYour parcel crosses from China by sea. Scans are sparse on this leg — that is normal.
Final Delivery
3–5 daysAfter customs clearance, FedEx picks up your parcel for the last mile to your door.
Total door-to-door: typically 5–7 weeks from order to delivery. Rush orders skip the ocean leg and arrive within days.
Before You Track
- Tracking numbers are emailed on the day your order ships — not at checkout. Ordered within the last week? Production comes first; your number arrives after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
- A fresh number can take 2–3 business days to show its first scan. No movement right after shipping is normal.
- If you chose a rush service, your order ships by express courier and arrives within days — see the FAQ below.
Can’t Find Your Tracking Info?
- Search your inbox (and spam folder) for “CushionMill” or your order number.
- Check your account under Orders — the tracking number appears there once your order ships.
- Still nothing? Email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll reply within one business day with the exact status.
Order Tracking FAQ
Why hasn’t my tracking moved in days?
On the ocean leg, scanning points are far apart, so 7–10 days without an update is common and does not mean your parcel is lost. If your number shows no movement for more than two weeks, email [email protected] and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
My number isn’t showing anything yet. Is it wrong?
A fresh tracking number can take 2–3 business days to show its first scan, because the parcel travels between the workshop and the carrier’s first scanning hub in China. Also double-check that you entered the full number — ours start with BDT.
Who delivers my package? Do I need a second number?
No. After your parcel clears US customs, FedEx handles final delivery (3–5 days) — but your BDT number keeps tracking the parcel through this last leg too, so one number covers the entire journey.
Why doesn’t my rush order show step-by-step tracking?
Rush orders travel by express courier with a compressed route. Those parcels often skip intermediate scans and may only update on the delivery day. The carrier’s own tracking page is the source of truth — paste your tracking number there if our email link shows nothing yet.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Multi-piece orders (for example, seats plus backs, or cushions for several chairs) usually ship as separate parcels so each one is packed properly. Each parcel gets its own tracking number, and they may arrive on different days. If one tracking number shows delivered and another is still moving, that’s expected.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What now?
Email [email protected] immediately. Before the parcel ships we can change the address for free. After it ships, the carrier must redirect it, which can add several days and may carry a carrier fee that we have to pass through.
When does the production clock start?
The 4–7 business days of production start the first business day after your order is confirmed. Transit (3–5 weeks ocean plus 3–5 days delivery) starts when the carrier scans the parcel in. The windows run one after the other — that sum is your realistic delivery estimate.
