Ashley sells complete furniture, not cushion spares: the official parts channel runs on a form — model and serial number in, human reply out — and a dealer can sometimes source a piece while your set is still in the active lineup. After the series rotates out, that channel has nothing to source, which is when a workshop that cuts to measurements becomes the replacement route.
