Foam thickness for a 23 x 26
A 23 x 26 seat is deep-seating — 26 of depth for lounging, 23 of width. Five inches standard, 5.5–6 plush; below 4.5 dishes. The 23-inch width is common on Martha Stewart lounge modules, which is worth checking before measuring (table below).
Density 50D daily, 60D nap-grade; backs in the same run at their own 4–7 inch loft, often wedge-profiled (thicker at the bottom — measure loft at both ends).

Decimal sizes, cut the same day
The table is full of decimals because the furniture is: Beverly lounge seats at 22.5 × 25.75, Redwood Valley firepit seats at 23.25 × 25.5, Chateau sofa seats at 23.5 × 25.5. Factories cut to their frames, frames carried the decimals, and rounding them away is how stock pads fail. Our cutting forms take entries to the quarter inch — 22.5 × 25.75 prices and cuts exactly like a nominal rectangle of its area — and the confirmation you receive before production lists every number you entered, as entered.
