Frequently asked questions
Why are my Pembrey lounge chair cushions thicker than the loveseat's?
By design: the lounge chair runs a plush 6" seat while loveseat seats are 5". Keep each to its row — flattening the lounge chair to 5" changes the seat height.
Is the chaise back really thinner than the seat?
Yes — 5" seat under a 4" back, the reverse of most lines. The 42" seat length (shorter than the usual 46"–50") is the other Pembrey chaise tell.
What's a waterfall ottoman cushion?
A cover that folds over the front and back edges in one continuous piece — no ties. The Pembrey ottoman (19.5" × 18.5" × 5.5") was built that way, and we reproduce the construction.
