The Oak Cliff line at a glance

Oak Cliff is a full-spectrum Hampton Bay line from Home Depot — deep seating (lounge chair, loveseat), a chaise, a dining set, and an ottoman. Two details set it apart: the chaise runs on plusher 5.5-inch cushions while the rest of the line uses 5", and the dining chairs carry slimmer 3.5" pads — so one set can hold three different cushion profiles, and mixing them up is the classic ordering mistake.

We cut every Oak Cliff piece to the original factory dimensions below, profile by profile, in cotton linen, tech fabric, or premium velvet — made by the factory that ships them.

Check three things: (1) the white label under the seat frame or inside the arm — Hampton Bay model numbers usually start with a supplier code like GLD or THD; (2) your Home Depot order history or the original manual; (3) a tape measure — a 24.5" × 48.5" chaise seat on 5.5"-thick pads — the only 5.5" piece in the line — is the Oak Cliff tell. Our full measuring guide walks you through it.

Three cushion profiles in one Oak Cliff set

Oak Cliff spans the full outdoor program — lounge, loveseat, chaise, dining, ottoman — and it deliberately runs three foam profiles. The 3.5-inch dining pads hold a sit-up posture at the table; the 5-inch lounge and loveseat pads are the standard deep-seating middle; the 5.5-inch chaise is the softest seat in the house. The profile is the product: put a 5-inch pad on a dining chair and the chair sits high, with the pad squirming under the frame rails at every shift. The chaise seat itself runs 24.5 × 48.5 with a 24 × 27.5 back — long enough for a six-foot owner to lie flat without heels on the frame rail, which is the quiet reason chaise foam compresses first in every line that carries one.

The ottoman deserves a second look: 23.75 × 22.25 is nearly square, where most Hampton Bay ottomans run clearly rectangular. That footprint works overtime — footrest for the lounge chair, spare seat when the table fills, or a stand-in side table under a tray. And unlike Middletown or Pacific Grove, the Oak Cliff loveseat seat splits into two 23-inch modules: separate pads mean a single worn piece can be replaced alone, and also that the seam between them is where crumbs and pine needles collect.

Budget logic for a five-piece line says replace by wear, not by room. The typical failure order runs chaise seat first (longest pad, most lounging hours), then lounge seats, then dining. One fabric note born of experience: with three foam profiles in one set, a solid Gray or Navy Blue olefin keeps the family resemblance obvious — the same stripe across three different pad thicknesses reads as three different patterns. If you are ordering singles rather than the full set, start with the chaise seat: it is statistically the pad most likely to be past saving, and the one whose failure you feel every single evening.

Custom-fit figures for the entire Oak Cliff line — width, depth, and thickness in inches.

Reading the Qty column: "Qty" is the number of separate cushions — the loveseat takes two 23"-wide seats and two 23"-wide backs, not one joined 46" pad.
Profile note: Oak Cliff mixes cushion thicknesses by piece: 5.5" on the chaise, 5" on the deep seating and ottoman, 3.5" on the dining chairs. Match the row, not the series average.

Measure before you order

The three-minute version, with our measuring guide — especially on the chaise: confirm both the 48.5" length and the 5.5" thickness, because a standard 5" replacement leaves the edge low.

Closest Hampton Bay neighbors in the measured database: Kampar (the Kampar six-piece set) and Verrado (the Verrado five-piece group) — each with its own dimension chart. For every other frame, see the full Hampton Bay replacement cushions index.

Fabric options

Same custom-fit dimensions, every fabric one price. Three fabric families cover most projects — all fabrics, one price: breathable cotton linen for covered spots, tech fabric for weather, premium velvet for indoor polish.

Frequently asked questions

By design: the chaise runs 5.5"-thick pads while lounge and dining pieces use 5" and 3.5". Don’t flatten the whole set to one number — order each piece to its row.

Unlikely. The seats are 21" × 19" with 20" square backs on a slim 3.5" profile — close to generic sizes, but close is what puckers. We cut to the exact original.

It runs generous at 23.75" × 22.25" — a few inches deeper than most Hampton Bay ottomans. Measure the frame top before ordering.

Nothing is cut until you order. Plan on a 4-7 business-day make-and-ship window — production spans 4–7 business days, and a 3–5 business-day rush covers most fabrics.

Yes. Pair a photo of the furniture with the old pads if any survived, submit both alongside your quote request, and we match your numbers against the Oak Cliff chart above before cutting.
