DARCY is Ashley’s flared-arm sofa family with pillow-top armrests — sold as a stationary sofa, a sofa chaise with movable ottoman, a loveseat and chairs, in blues, blacks and neutrals. The sofa measures 89 inches wide by 38 deep by 37 tall; the sofa chaise runs 89 × 62. Ashley’s own listing calls out the construction: loose seat cushions, attached backs — which makes DARCY one of the easiest Ashley rebuilds there is.

Loose seat cushions mean exactly that — the seat blocks are not upholstered to the deck. You rebuild them by measurement, drop the new ones in, and the sofa is transformed. No staple-pulling, no frame work. It is the cleanest replacement case in the Ashley lineup.
The attached back is the other half: DARCY back cushions are fixed to the frame, so when the back fill flattens you either recover in place or leave it. Most DARCY orders here are seat blocks only — the backs age slower because attached backs take less handling.
