Every Hampton Bay series that ships an ottoman, measured to OEM figures on one page — 12 series, top sizes from 19″ to a 40″ bench-style build, and custom re-cuts in any of 119 fabrics.
The Hampton Bay ottoman, at a glance
The ottoman is the quietest piece in the Hampton Bay range — 12 of the 24 measured series ship one, and almost none share dimensions. Tops run from the compact Kampar (19 × 19.5) and Melbourne (19 × 16) to the oversized Fenton bench-style pad at 40 × 20.5, with thickness anywhere from 3 to 5.5 inches. That spread is why “universal” ottoman pads disappoint: a 22-inch generic pad on a 24 × 20 Verrado frame spins, and a rectangular pad on a waterfall-front Chateau frame looks wrong within seconds.
Find your series in three steps: (1) read the white label under the ottoman frame or on the frame rail for the series name; (2) if the label is gone, measure the top edge to edge and match your tape numbers against the chart below; (3) still stuck — send a photo and we’ll identify it with you before anything is cut.
One piece type, four different builds
Hampton Bay ottomans are not one construction. The Chateau and Pembrey pads are waterfront builds — the cover folds over the front and back edges in one continuous piece, no ties, no separate skirt. The Cambridge original opened on a side zipper and the Verrado on a bottom zipper; the Monticello carried its own seamed, zippered-base build. We sew our line with zippered closures at the same OEM dimensions — the construction details are documented here so you know what your frame originally wore.
Size is the second trap. The Fenton ottoman is a 40-inch bench-style pad that owners regularly mistake for a bench cushion — two people can share it foot-to-foot. The Oak Cliff top at 23.75 × 22.25 runs nearly square where most are clearly rectangular, and Melbourne shipped two different ottomans (19 × 16 listed under the loveseat, 21 × 19 standalone) suspected of different production years.
The safe path is the same for all 12: pull the old pad, measure the top width × depth × thickness edge to edge, and match against the chart. Your tape beats the label every time — frame generations within a series occasionally drift by half an inch.
Hampton Bay ottoman sizes — all 12 series, one chart
| Series | Top W × D × T (in.) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Beverly | 22.25 × 19 × 5 | The one Beverly piece with its own footprint |
| Cambridge | 23.5 × 19 × 3.5 | Slim profile; original opened on a side zipper |
| Chateau | 24 × 19 × 5 | Waterfall front and back — no ties |
| Edington | 22 × 20 × 5 | Migrates between glider and swivel duty |
| Fenton | 40 × 20.5 × 4.5 | Oversized bench-style pad — the range’s biggest |
| Kampar | 19 × 19.5 × 3 | Compact slim-foam build |
| Melbourne | 19 × 16 × 4 / 21 × 19 × 4 | Two versions, suspected different production years |
| Monticello | 23 × 17 × 4 | Compact; seamed zippered-base original |
| Oak Cliff | 23.75 × 22.25 × 5 | Nearly square — deeper than most |
| Pembrey | 19.5 × 18.5 × 5.5 | Waterfall build; among the thickest pads charted |
| Verrado | 24 × 20 × 6 | Full 6-inch plush build |
| Windsor | 23.1 × 19.1 × 5.5 | Fractional figures measured off actual pieces |
Top figures for every charted Hampton Bay ottoman — width × depth × thickness, all inches, straight from the series pages. The series name links to its full line chart. Beachside sectional sets also list an ottoman module, but no trustworthy figures are published for it — measure the top and order custom.
Measure before you order
Three numbers replace the whole chart when they’re accurate: top width, top depth, and thickness — each taken edge to edge on the old pad or the frame top, not the base. Oversized pieces like the Fenton are the most-misordered in the range; measure before ordering. Full walkthroughs live here.
Piece-type siblings: the Hampton Bay lounge chair chart (18 series) and the swivel chair chart. The full series index sits on the Hampton Bay page.
Fabric options & estimated pricing
Same measured cut, every fabric one price. Cotton linen is the durable everyday pick; tech fabric is water-resistant and wipes clean; premium velvet delivers the high-end look and stands up to cat claws. Weighing fabrics? The fabric menu inside the order flow — the cut is identical, every fabric one price.
| Reference series — ottoman | 35D foam | 50D foam | 65D foam |

Frequently asked questions
How do I know which Hampton Bay series my ottoman is from?
Check the white label under the ottoman frame first — it carries the series name. No label, measure the top width, depth and thickness against the 12-series chart above; the combination is usually unique. Photos work too: upload them with your quote request and we’ll confirm the line.
Why do Hampton Bay ottoman sizes vary this much?
Different series, different roles — the Kampar and Melbourne ottomans are compact slim-foam builds, the Verrado runs a full 6-inch plush pad, and the Fenton is a 40-inch bench-style piece shared between two seats. Match the OEM top, not a generic “standard ottoman” size.
Can you reproduce the original zipper or waterfall construction?
We sew every cover with a zippered closure at the exact OEM dimensions. The Chateau and Pembrey waterfall-front look we can reproduce in construction; zipper openings we keep as zippers — same fit, and covers remove for washing.
Can I order just one ottoman cushion?
Yes. Any piece, any fabric, no minimums — a single ottoman, or the ottoman plus its matching seats and backs. If you’re replacing one piece of a set, ordering adjacent pieces together keeps the dye lot consistent.
How much do Hampton Bay ottoman cushions cost?
Charted ottomans span roughly $105 to $148 across the series at every fabric one price, depending on dimensions and foam density (35D to 65D) — the Fenton bench-style pad prices above that band. The three reference rows above show the spread. Nothing is cut before the final quote is confirmed.
How long do custom ottoman cushions take?
Every set is cut and sewn after you order — crafted in 4–7 business days, rush service 3–5 business days, then flat-rate shipping to your door; plan on 3–6 weeks door to door.
