How Custom Cushions Are Built to Your Spec
Every CushionMill order starts with your three measurements and ends with a cushion cut for your exact frame – not a near-enough standard size.
Step 1 – Measure your old cushion
Three numbers are all we need: width, depth (front-to-back) and thickness. Lay a soft tape measure flat across the widest points of your existing seat pad and write the figures down.
Step 2 – Choose from 119 fabrics
Fan out the swatch cards and compare colors side by side. Solution-dyed acrylics for full sun, plush indoor weaves for the dining room – every fabric in the book is available for any custom shape.
Step 3 – Any shape, cut to your frame
L-shapes for window seats, trapezoids for bay corners, odd notches for vintage frames. Each blank is marked and cut on the bench against your drawings, so unusual geometry is routine here, not an exception.
The result – a cushion that fits like it grew there
