Shipping & Returns
The short version: every cushion is made to order in 7–14 business days (typical US custom shops: 3–6 weeks), cut to within ½ inch of your confirmed dimensions, ships at a flat rate with tracking, and custom-cut pieces cannot be returned — but anything outside our written tolerances is remade free.

Nothing here sits in a warehouse — your order starts the cutting queue when it’s placed. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Shipping
Flat-rate shipping per order, tracked door to door. One flat rate covers the whole order no matter how many pieces — a 6-piece patio set ships for the same rate as a single ottoman cushion. The final rate is being finalized with our carriers and will be shown at checkout at launch (placeholder: $[TBD] flat). Typical transit after handoff:

One expectation to set: if your pieces arrive firm-packed, give the foam 24–48 hours to settle back to full shape before judging the fit — fresh high-density foam also feels firmer than the cushion it replaced for the first week or two, then softens slightly and holds for years. Tolerances are measured against your confirmed dimensions once the piece is at rest.
Size Tolerances — In Writing
Custom cushions are hand-cut and hand-sewn, and honest sellers publish tolerances instead of promising perfection. Ours are part of the deal, not a favor:

Tolerances are measured against the dimensions we confirm with you before cutting — which is why every order comes back to you for sign-off first. Tufting, welting and hand-sewn details can shift a seam slightly within these tolerances; that is the nature of custom sewing, and it is why we publish the numbers instead of hiding them.
Warranty — Four Tiers, Each Owned Where It Belongs

Returns & Cancellations

| Custom cushions, no defect | Not returnable. A cushion cut to your measurements fits exactly one piece of furniture: yours. It cannot be restocked or resold. |
| Our error (wrong size, fabric, or finish) | Free remake at our cost, or a full refund — your choice. Report it within 14 days of delivery with photos. |

Ordering & service
How do I order free fabric swatches?
Ask us for swatches of any fabric shown on this page — we mail cut samples so you can check color and texture in your own light before ordering.
What if the cushion doesn’t fit when it arrives?
Every cushion is cut to the measurements you submit. If we misread or miscut your numbers, we remake it at no charge.
Can I talk through my project before ordering?
Yes — send us a photo of your seat and your rough measurements, and the workshop team will confirm the best approach before you pay.
How are these different from store-bought pads?
Store pads come in standard sizes and thin foam. Ours are cut to your exact dimensions with your choice of foam thickness and fabric — made in the same workshop that ships them.
