Before You Write

Many answers are already in the library: How to Measure covers the three-step method and the four common mistakes; FAQ covers timelines, fabrics and returns; Replacement Cushions lists all 43 measured collections; Custom Cushions shows the 11 shapes we cut.

What Happens After You Write

Your message lands with the workshop team, not a ticketing system — the same people who cut the foam read the fit questions. A series-identification email usually comes back with a chart link or a short list of things to measure; a quote request comes back with the published formula applied to your numbers ($39 make-base per piece plus area at per-sq-ft rates by foam grade and fabric tier), so you can check the math yourself. If a dimension looks wrong against our database, you get the question before the order, not the problem after it. One business day is the promise; most replies go out faster.

Quick Answers to the Questions We Get Most

Every cushion is cut and sewn after you order — typically 7–14 business days in production, with rush production (4–7 business days) available for most fabrics. You receive a written dimension confirmation before anything is cut.

Often, yes — email photos of the frame and the label under it (model numbers usually start with GLD or THD, or read like HD-xxx-xxx). If it matches one of our 43 measured series we will point you to the chart; if not, we will tell you exactly what to measure.

Free within 24 hours of ordering — after that, foam may already be on the cutting table. Order changes after cutting starts are quoted case by case; the honest route is the 24-hour window and our dimension confirmation step.

Yes — restaurant booths, church pews and sanctuary runs are daily work, priced by the same published formula as every piece. If your project needs documented flammability specs, raise it in the first email and we will confirm in writing what we can and cannot certify.

Three things move fastest: the piece list (seat, back, ottoman…), the dimensions in inches (W × D × T, to the quarter inch), and where the furniture lives (open patio, covered porch, indoors — it decides the fabric recommendation). Photos of the label and the old cushion earn you minutes.

Snap a photo of the old cushion or the furniture tag — they help more than you’d think.
