Custom Outdoor Chaise Lounge Cushions, Made to Your Measurements

Factory-direct, cut to your measurements — any chaise, any brand, any fabric.

Outdoor chaise lounge cushions are the hardest replacement in the patio set: every brand cuts its seat a different length, the back folds at its own hinge point, and off-the-shelf pads leave inches of overhang at the footrest and a gap at the hinge. If your chaise came with a patio set a few seasons old, the originals are probably faded, flat, or discontinued entirely.

We solve it the factory way: send us your measurements — seat length, back height, width, and where the hinge breaks — and we cut, fill, and sew a cushion that fits your exact frame. Choose a one-piece hinged cushion or separate seat and back pads, in cotton linen, tech fabric, or premium velvet. Made to order by the factory that ships them — no middleman, no stock sizes, no guessing.

How to Measure a Chaise Lounge Cushion

  • Measure the seat deck from the hinge line (where the back meets the seat) to the end of the footrest — never the outside of the frame.
  • Width goes at the widest point of the seat, including any curved surface laid flat.
  • On one-piece cushions, note the hinge position: inches from the left edge to the bend line.
  • For the back, measure from the hinge to the top edge, then thickness at the side.

Fabric for Full-Sun Chaises

Outdoor chaise cushions live in full sun more than any other seat on the patio. Tech fabric takes rain and spills with a wipe-down; premium velvet brings the high-end look and stands up to cat claws; cotton linen is the comfortable pick for covered placements. Same cut, your choice of fabric — every option is sewn to the same measurements. See the full fabric guide for the tier-by-tier comparison.

Frequently asked questions

How do I measure a chaise lounge cushion?

Measure the seat deck from the hinge line (where the back meets the seat) to the end of the footrest, then the width at the widest point. For the back, measure from the hinge to the top edge. Measure the old cushion flat on a table — never the frame — and note the hinge position on one-piece styles.

Should I get a one-piece hinged cushion or separate seat and back?

One-piece (hinged) covers the bend in one clean line and never separates — best if your chaise adjusts rarely. Separate pieces are easier to flip, rotate, and wash, and let you replace only what wears out. We make both from the same measurements.

Why won’t a standard chaise cushion fit my patio set?

Seat lengths run from 46 to 75 inches across brands, and widths from 21 to 26. A "universal" pad is cut for none of them exactly. That’s why every cushion we make starts with your tape measure, not our size chart.

Can I order a standard chaise cushion size instead of custom?

Standard sizes too — in 3 clicks. Most patio chaise decks cluster around 22–24 inches wide by 46–60 inches long (hinged); if yours is one of those, type the numbers into the customizer and get the same instant factory-direct quote — nothing is warehoused, so no size is ever out of stock. Length is where chaises wander, so the half-minute with a tape measure still pays.
