Do 20 x 20 cushions ever go on clearance?
Not here — nothing is stocked, so nothing needs clearing. Each pad is cut after you order it, which is why a made-to-order 20 x 20 is never out of stock and never a leftover color. Clearance bins exist to move pads cut for discontinued frames; this is the opposite business.
Why there is no 20 x 20 clearance bin
“Clearance” in the cushion trade means one thing: a line is discontinued and the warehouse is emptying. The pads were cut to frames that no longer sell, in colors that did not move, at sizes that fit whoever bought them first. That is why clearance hunting at a specific size — twenty by twenty, or any square with a number attached — fails so reliably: you need one size, and the bin holds every size except yours.
Made-to-order inverts the logic. Nothing is warehoused, so nothing needs clearing: your pad is cut when you order it, in the fabric you picked, at the number you measured. Ordering 20 x 20 pads as a set
