How to Measure a Wicker Chair Cushion

Measure the seat seam-to-seam across the weave, at the front and again at the back — wicker decks are wider at the front more often than any other frame type.
Front and back widths more than half an inch apart means a trapezoid cut; say so on the order, because a rectangle will bunch and misplace the ties.

The ventilated weave changes the fill decision: it pushes moisture and debris upward through loose fills, so foam-core builds shed water, dry fast, and hold their shape where fiber-only pads compact into the weave pattern.
