Palm Canyon Replacement Cushions for Hampton Bay (2026 Exact-Fit Guide)
Rebuild swatches — every series chart cuts in any of the 119 fabrics.
Exact OEM measurements for every piece of the Hampton Bay Palm Canyon line — measured from OEM & supplier listings.
The Palm Canyon line at a glance
Palm Canyon is a firepit-oriented Hampton Bay line from Home Depot: deep dining chairs, tapered firepit chairs built to face the flames, and a chaise that takes the opposite approach from most lines — a full 74-inch length on a slim 3.5-inch profile, made for lying low by the fire rather than sinking in.
The firepit chairs carry this line’s trap: their pads are tapered, 23 inches at the front and 21 at the back, so rectangle replacements never lie flat. We cut every Palm Canyon piece to the original geometry below — tapers and slim profiles included — in cotton linen, tech fabric, or premium velvet, made by the factory that ships them.

Is your set really Palm Canyon?
Check three things: (1) the white label under the seat frame or inside the arm — Hampton Bay model numbers usually start with a supplier code like GLD or THD; (2) your Home Depot order history or the original manual; (3) a tape measure — a 74" chaise on a low 3.5" profile, and firepit chairs whose pads taper 23" front to 21" back. Our full measuring guide walks you through it.
Fabric options & estimated pricing

| Firepit Chair (seat + back, tapered) | $169 | $178 | $186 |

Measure before you order
Before you order, spend three minutes with our measuring guide — on the firepit chairs, measure both edges of the seat (front and back width); on the chaise, confirm the full 74" length and the slim 3.5" thickness.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the Palm Canyon chaise cushion so thin?
By design: 3.5" on a 74" × 24" pad — a low-slung fireside profile, unlike the 5"-plus pads on lounge chaises. Substituting a thicker pad raises you off the recline angle.
What's different about firepit chair cushions?
The taper: seats run 23" at the front edge and 21" at the back (backs the same). We cut both widths to your measurements — that’s the only way a tapered pad lies flat.
What's the dining chair back thickness?
Not published. Measure your old back pad at the edge and send the number; we’ll match it exactly.
How much do Palm Canyon replacement cushions cost?
Estimated pricing from $102 for the dining chair to $186 for the firepit chair (complete, all cushions) — cotton linen, tech fabric, and premium velvet tiers. Final quote confirmed before we cut.
How long do Palm Canyon cushions take to make and ship?
Every set is cut and sewn after you order — typically 7–14 business days in production — typical custom shops quote 3–6 weeks — then flat-rate shipping to your door. Rush production (4–7 business days) is available for most fabrics.
Can I send a photo of my furniture instead of measuring?
Yes. Upload a photo of your set (and the old cushions if you still have them) with your quote request, and our team will cross-check your numbers against the Palm Canyon chart above before we cut anything.
