By design: 3.5" on a 74" × 24" pad — a low-slung fireside profile, unlike the 5"-plus pads on lounge chaises. Substituting a thicker pad raises you off the recline angle.
What's different about firepit chair cushions?
The taper: seats run 23" at the front edge and 21" at the back (backs the same). We cut both widths to your measurements — that’s the only way a tapered pad lies flat.
What's the dining chair back thickness?
