Beverly Replacement Cushions for Hampton Bay (2026 Exact-Fit Guide)
Rebuild swatches — every series chart cuts in any of the 119 fabrics.
Exact OEM measurements for every piece of the Hampton Bay Beverly line — measured from OEM & supplier listings.
The Beverly line at a glance
Beverly is Hampton Bay’s modular deep-seating line from Home Depot — built from sectional modules you configure into whatever shape your patio needs, plus a lounge chair and ottoman. It’s also one of the plushest profiles in the range: 5.5-inch cushions on the sectional modules and a full 6 inches on the lounge chair. Sectionals are the hardest replacements to source, because every module’s cushion must match or the run no longer lines up.
We cut every Beverly piece to the original dimensions below — module by module — in cotton linen, tech fabric, or premium velvet, made by the factory that ships them. Count your modules, match the rows, order per piece.

Is your set really Beverly?
Check three things: (1) the white label under the seat frame or inside the arm — Hampton Bay model numbers usually start with a supplier code like GLD or THD; (2) your Home Depot order history or the original manual; (3) a tape measure — a 22.5" × 25.75" module with a 5.5" cushion is the Beverly signature. Our full measuring guide walks you through it.
Fabric options & estimated pricing
Same exact-fit dimensions, three fabric tiers. Cotton linen is the durable everyday pick; tech fabric is water-resistant and wipes clean; premium velvet delivers the high-end look and stands up to cat claws.
| Piece (complete set) | Cotton Linen | Tech Fabric | Premium Velvet |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ottoman | $90 | $93 | $97 |
| Sectional Module (seat + back, per module) | $150 | $157 | $164 |
| Lounge Chair (seat + back) | $152 | $159 | $166 |
Estimated pricing — per complete piece, all cushions included, made to order. Final quote confirmed at checkout; welt cord and ties available as add-ons. Covers close with a sewn envelope closure (no zippers on our line).

Measure before you order
Before you order, spend three minutes with our measuring guide — on a sectional, measure every module, not just one: manufacturers varied module widths across production runs, and one mismatched pad breaks the whole line.

Frequently asked questions
I need corner or arm pieces for my Beverly sectional — do you make them?
The published spec covers end and middle modules at 22.5" × 25.75". Corner and arm modules are made to your measurements — send the outline of each module and we’ll map the pieces with you.
Why are the lounge chair cushions 6 inches thick?
Beverly runs an extra-plush 6" seat and back on the lounge chair (5.5" on sectional modules) — one of the thickest profiles in the Hampton Bay range. Substituting thinner pads changes the seat height and look.
Can I replace just one module's cushions?
Yes. Order per module; we dye-match every fabric across batches as closely as the mill allows. Best practice on adjacent modules: order them together in one lot.
How much do Beverly replacement cushions cost?
Estimated pricing from $90 for the ottoman to $166 for the lounge chair (complete, all cushions) — cotton linen, tech fabric, and premium velvet tiers. Final quote confirmed before we cut.
How long do Beverly cushions take to make and ship?
Every set is cut and sewn after you order — typically 7–14 business days in production — typical custom shops quote 3–6 weeks — then flat-rate shipping to your door. Rush production (4–7 business days) is available for most fabrics.
Can I send a photo of my furniture instead of measuring?
Yes. Upload a photo of your set (and the old cushions if you still have them) with your quote request, and our team will cross-check your numbers against the Beverly chart above before we cut anything.
